Busy past few weeks at GAP. Some highlights were.... Nicaragua visa renewal, being able to help with construction in Santa Rosa, a Monday hike with the GAP Students, small group, consistent Saturday ministry in Los Angeles teaching ESL, seeing the students grow and really dig into the Bible for themselves. {Philippines 3:8 Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ. 12 Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own.} My prayer over these past couple of days is that Christ would continually be the object of my affection and worship && even really good things wouldn’t be the reason why I’m at GAP this year or why I make certain decisions for the future but [[Christ Alone]] would be my goal that I’m pressing on towards. A few prayer requests would be... health (sickness has been going around the villa), genuine love and care for others, making time to press in and intercede for my brothers and sisters in Christ. Â
